The Executive Director leads YAPADA’s overall strategic direction, ensuring that our programs align with our mission and values. With a background in peacebuilding and development, M.M. ISSACK, brings 15yrs+ of leadership in non-profit and international development organizations. Under their guidance, YAPADA has expanded its reach and impact across Somalia, Kenya, and Ethiopia.
The Program Director oversees the implementation and management of YAPADA’s key programs in peacebuilding, youth empowerment, education, and climate change. [Name] has a deep understanding of community development and has worked in the humanitarian sector for over [years of experience], ensuring the effective delivery of YAPADA’s programs.
The Finance and Operations Director ensures the organization’s financial health and operational efficiency.
